Beverly West
West Los Angeles, CA
35 super-premium condominiums with a 22-story residential tower. Prices average $3M to $30M for 1,800 sf to 8,000 sf Completed retail storefront sales facility in Beverly Hills (an Emaar America project). Design Excellence Award, Beverly Hills City Council.
Icon at Playa Vista
62 luxury detached and paired residences. Prices range from $1.5M to $2M for 3,200-3,700 sf (a Laing Luxury neighborhood). Pacific Coast Builders Home of the Year, Elan Best Attached Home.
Forster Ranch
Located in San Clemente, 1,000-acre masterplan with 1,037 production detached homesites developed in two separate neighborhoods. In addition, parks, trail system, environmental habitat and elementary school site were all incorporated within the community.
Fairbanks Highlands

Fairbanks Ranch
Located in San Diego’s exclusive Rancho Santa Fe community, 1,237 acres of rolling hills and valleys were transformed into custom homesites for more than 600 estate homes. Amenities include private gate-guarded streets, parks, equestrian center and lake for fishing and boating with adjacent clubhouse.
Fairbanks Ranch Country Club
785 acres in San Diego’s San Dieguito River Valley developed into a 27-hole Ted Robinson-designed championship golf course and country club. Adjacent hills and ridgetops saw the creation of 341 single-family detached residences in four distinct villages, each with its own recreational facilities and gate-guarded private streets.
The Landing
Located where Coronado Island’s main street meets San Diego Harbor opposite Downtown San Diego. 7 1/2 acres developed into 212 condominiums in four-story buildings over semisubterranean parking designed to recreate many of the architectural features of the region’s historic Hotel Del Coronado.
