Stephen Jordan, Vice President, TNHC Land. Stephen serves as Vice President of TNHC Land. This includes sourcing and controlling new land opportunities, conducting land feasibility and underwriting and directing the firm’s planning and entitlement efforts. Stephen's real estate background includes both residential development and investment with all product types, from traditional single family homes to high-rise, mixed use projects. His experience in acquisition and development has been through various positions at John Laing Homes, Pulte Homes and Kennedy Wilson. A culmination of his interest and experience has led him to join TNHC with a focus on creative design, quality planning and successful execution. Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and his Masters in Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. Stephen is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and resides in Corona del Mar.
