Ashley Feeney, Vice President, Land & Planning. Ashley oversees the Northern California land acquisition, entitlement and development efforts. He has nearly eight years of planning and development experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining The New Home Company, he served as Senior Project Manager for John Laing Homes Northern California handling the division’s most challenging project feasibility, entitlement and land development assignments. As a Planner for the City of Sacramento, he worked in both the current and long-range planning sections with specialization in annexations, redevelopment, design review and community outreach. Ashley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Humboldt State University.
