Dragos Cojocaru, Vice President, Operations. Dragos serves as the Vice President of Operations for The New Home Company Northern California. Dragos most recently was Vice President of Operations for John Laing Homes. In this capacity, he had direct responsibility of the construction, purchasing and customer care teams for the division. During his tenure at John Laing Homes, he managed the completion of the Extreme Make- Over home in Fairfield, California. His involvement was from the beginning of soliciting trades to participate, preparing the schedule and overseeing the completion of the home in five days. Dragos has 22 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and has held positions with Forecast Homes and Ryland Homes. A member of the Building Industry Association, he is the Co-Chair of the Trade Builder Alliance Council and part of the Board of Directors for Home Aid Sacramento. Dragos maintains a California State Contractor’s License “B. He lives in Roseville, California with his wife and three daughters.
