Kim Forbes, Vice President. Kim serves as Vice President at The New Home Company. She is responsible for all project and development accounting, related escrow and treasury operations for Southern and Northern California. Kim has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and homebuilding, having held positions with CB Richard Ellis, Insignia/ESG, The Irvine Company and John Laing Homes. She earned her CPA while with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles. In addition to her real estate brokers license, Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Her active affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kim lives in Coto de Caza with her husband and two daughters.
