Robin Koenemann, Vice President, Operations. Robin serves as the Vice President of Operations for The New Home Company Southern California. He directs all construction, purchasing and customer care efforts. Robin most recently was Vice President of Operations at Laing Luxury Homes. In this capacity, he had direct responsibility of the construction, purchasing and customer care teams for the division. His commitment to customer care assisted in the division being ranked in the top five of Eliant’s nation-wide survey of 2008. In his 26 years as a homebuilder, Robin as been responsible for the construction of over 5400 homes in Colorado, Florida and California. Robin currently maintains a California State Contractor’s License “B”. He has two daughters and lives in Laguna Niguel with his wife and two dogs.
