VALENCIA, Calif. (October 4, 2013) – The New Home Company (NEW HOME) has announced that it will unveil Cielo at Villa Metro, a neighborhood of 22 live/work lofts located above retail shops in the heart of this new village in Valencia, during a Grand Opening celebration the weekend of October 12-13, 2013.
Cielo is the latest addition to Villa Metro, currently the fastest-selling village in Valencia.

In August, NEW HOME introduced nine model homes in the first three neighborhoods at Villa Metro during a Grand Opening weekend celebration that attracted more than 5,000 interested homeshoppers. Since the opening, NEW HOME has enjoyed a brisk sales pace at Villa Metro and interest in Cielo is strong.
