ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (September 29, 2014) – In the two awards shows honoring the homebuilding industry’s best in design, marketing and professional achievement, The New Home Company (NEW HOME, NYSE: NWHM) earned top honors at last weekend’s Northern California MAME Awards and the SoCal Awards.

The 2014 MAME Awards, presented by the North State Building Industry Association, were held on Friday, September 26, 2014. NEW HOME received top recognition in a variety of categories, including one of the most prestigious awards of the program: “Community of the Year” for The Grove in Granite Bay. NEW HOME’s success at the MAME Awards carried over to the following evening at the 2014 SoCal Awards, presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and the BIA of Southern California. During this exclusive event, NEW HOME, along with its marketing and design consultants, received the following awards:
