The four-story development, located at 6030 Seabluff Drive, features 75 one-story flats and two-story townhomes. According to a release from the New Home Company, more than half of the residences have already sold, with only single-story dwellings remaining.
KFA Architecture design Seabluff, which features wood accents, patio decks, and courtyards on its exterior. The units come in a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging between 1,107 and 1,848 square feet.
Sales prices begin in the low $1 millions.
Six of the one-bedroom units in Seabluff were priced for "community-serving" residents, including teachers and firefighters, according to a past release by the developer.
