"The experience was fantastic. I had to do very little work, except provide the proper documentation which was clearly laid out. My only complaint is the paint splatter everywhere. Many of my socket plates and light switch plates have paint on it. I also spent a lot of time scraping paint from the floors."

"It's all the contractors after the house was built that are slightly inconvenient. I think having a 30 day list meeting to take care of a lot of stuff, but still having the open fix policy would be an upgrade. I literally loved everything about the process though and extremely happy with the people managing my purchase!"
