Pre-Collection Notification:
We collect the personal information (PI) submitted by you above, or otherwise submitted by you and otherwise collected by us in connection with your application, for our own business purposes associated with your application for employment with or engagement by us, and if hired, your employment with or engagement by us, which are inclusive within the following categories of Personal Information (PI): identifiers (i.e. name, address, email address, social security number, driver’s license number), personal records (i.e. telephone number, education, employment, employment history, medical information, consumer characteristics (sex, marital status, veteran status, race, disability), professional or employment information (resumes, background check forms, references.), non-public education records (i.e., grades, transcripts, student identification codes), sensory data (i.e. (audio recordings, electronic, visual, or similar information)), and inferences from PI collected. These categories of PI are all collected for our business purposes, including without limitation: providing you services and benefits, processing interactions and transactions (i.e., to comply with federal and state laws requiring us to maintain certain records, process payroll, administer and maintain group health insurance benefits, manage employee job duties and performance), debugging (debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.); research and development (undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration.), and security (I.e., detecting security incidents, protecting against fraudulent or illegal activity.).
