For both the purchasing and move in process, we loved the quality of customer service. My husband and I were very nervous about buying a new home because it was our first time. our purchasing agent and our customer service representative were very understanding of our situation and made sure to answer all of our questions and alleviate any of our concerns. We felt very comfortable that we could communicate with them at any time no matter the situation. We were given a very approaching team which made the whole process enjoyable and memorable.
